Servicing & Support
CFS has operated our own ‘in-house’ service department since we commenced trading in 1985.
We have a team of highly trained engineers to support both our hardware and software installations. Our technicians are comprehensively trained by the manufacturers of the equipment.
CFS only supplies genuine parts and consumables and we hold large stocks here at our large custom built premises.
We have our own delivery team who install and offer comprehensive training on all of our products. This means that our clients maximize the benefits of their investment and also minimizes the disruption to their day to day operation.
Service calls are normally answered within four hours and the vast majority are solved on the first visit.
